DIVISION INFORMATION

HUGS IN UTAH-
Oct. 26th 2005

The TEDDY HUGS division has negotiated the contract terms for the initial TEDDY HUGS retail locations with the GGP development group. Locations in the Utah have been selected for the creation of the first two beta stores to be opened in the first part of november, in time for the holiday shopping season. (read more)

The Alaska State Fair was a huge success for BECKETT INC. in introducing the LoveSac brand to an untapped market. Research from the event will help the company in future expansion projects and lend to a greater success when the company returns to the fair in 2005 (read more)

FUTURE EXPANSION

LOVESAC EXPANSION - All future LoveSac expansion has been haulted pending investigation of the LoveSac financial stability. After consideration, the board has opted not to seek any additional franchises outside the existing Provo location. (read more)

TEDDY HUGS - The Beckett Commerce division has announced the development and future expansion of the new TEDDY HUGS (tm) custom plush retail chain. Initial beta stores will be located in Utah with expansion planned in Idaho and California. (read more)
